Reuselaptops LLC is a family owned business passionate about refurbishing laptops for reuse. Our mission is to provide quality refurbished laptops at competitive prices.
What we do
We purchase laptops from schools and organizations and refurbish them for reuse at competitive prices. Our refurbishing process involves the following steps:
Inspect
- We inspect laptops to identify any damage
Clean
- We vigorously clean laptops inside and outside to get rid of any residue
Test
- We test laptops to identify any defective components
Replace defective components
- We replace defective components
Retest
- We retest laptops, and laptops that passed diagnostics tests are ready for reuse
Reuselaptops History
In 2009, as a graduate student in Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU), I got a summer job as a computer technician at Quanta. Although at that time I had no idea on how to fix computers, Quanta had in place a vigorous training program for all fresh technicians. I took part in the training program and was highly successful in diagnosing and fixing laptops problems. After I graduated from MTSU in 2012, while waiting for a faculty teaching position, I got an opportunity to work as a computer technician for Dynamic Recycling, where I refurbished laptops purchased from schools and companies. In 2013, I left to teach chemistry at Wright State University. While at Wright State University, I still had the passion for refurbishing laptops for friends and family. As a result, in 2018, Reuselaptops LLC was born with the mission of providing quality refurbished laptops at competitive prices to our clients.
Since 2018, we have provided quality and reliable refurbished business laptops to customers at competitive prices on eBay. Our reputation is built on honesty, quality, and customer support. Honesty: we carefully describe the condition of our laptops. Quality: we rigorously test our laptops. Customer support: we promptly respond with solutions to customer questions.
